Technical Skills Primary

  • 5 years of experience in voice engineering with a focus on Microsoft TeamsGenesys Cloud
  • Handson experience with Microsoft Teams Phone System Direct Routing and SBCs
  • Proficiency in Cisco VoIP systems including CUCM Unity Connection and SIP Trunking
  • Demonstrated experience in MA voice integrations and largescale deployments
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts such as QoS VLANs and SIP protocols
  • Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure during MA transitions
  • Certifications such as Microsoft Teams Voice Engineer Expert
  • Experience with thirdparty tools for call analytics and monitoring
  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud telephony solutions
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance for voice systems eg E911
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

  • MA Voice Integration
  • Lead the design configuration and deployment of voice systems during MA activities
  • Assess existing voice infrastructures and provide recommendations for integration strategies
  • Execute cutover plans to minimize downtime and ensure continuity of voice services
  • Microsoft Teams Dialing Configuration
  • Design and configure Teams Phone System for enterprise grade dialing
  • Manage Direct Routing and Session Border Controllers SBCs
  • Ensure compliance with organizational dialing standards and PSTN integration
  • Cisco VoIP Implementation
  • Deploy configure and support Cisco Unified Communications Manager CUCM solutions
  • Maintain and troubleshoot Cisco VoIP systems including call managers gateways and endpoints
  • Collaborate on upgrades and migration projects to optimize performance and scalability
  • Collaboration and Communication
  • Work closely with IT network and security teams to ensure voice system integration aligns with broader infrastructure
  • Provide training and support to endusers on voice system changes post MA
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers for system support and escalations
