Salesforce Developer – Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Agentforce Data Cloud

Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer Specialist with 5–7 years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high‑performance Salesforce solutions, with exposure to Agentforce / Salesforce Data Cloud for data-driven and AI‑ready use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Customize Salesforce standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, and automation
• Build and optimize Salesforce solutions with a focus on performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to convert business requirements into effective technical solutions
• Ensure high code quality through unit testing, peer reviews, and adherence to Salesforce best practices
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and solution designs
• Stay current with Salesforce platform releases, including Agentforce and Data Cloud capabilities, and recommend enhancements
• Support production releases, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and post‑go‑live application support

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on development activities focused on Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Apex
• Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Implement Salesforce automation using Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements
• Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and Agile/Scrum sprint planning
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Salesforce development team
• Ensure compliance with Salesforce security models, data sharing rules, and governance policies
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain system stability and performance
• Contribute to solutions leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud / Agentforce for unified data and intelligent workflows (where applicable)

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Development
• Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce data modeling
• Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
• Solid understanding of Salesforce automation tools (Flows, Process Builder)
• Knowledge of Salesforce security, sharing rules, and governance
• Experience with CI/CD, deployments, and release management in Salesforce
• Familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud / Agentforce concepts is a strong plus
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Data Cloud, or related)
• Experience with AI‑enabled Salesforce features or data-driven architectures
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery environments
