We are seeking a Senior Specialist with 7–11 years of experience in CRM Analytics for Salesforce to lead data-driven insights and optimize customer relationship management within the Salesforce Analytics domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end CRM Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Utilize advanced Salesforce CRM Analytics tools to analyze customer data and generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce Analytics solutions.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and business metrics.
- Interpret complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Enhance customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies using Salesforce Analytics capabilities.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRM Analytics and Salesforce technologies.
- Support data governance initiatives to ensure data quality across CRM analytics projects.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on CRM Analytics best practices and tools.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and proposing innovative analytics solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CRM Analytics outputs into broader business processes.
- Monitor and optimize analytics performance and data accuracy.
- Provide expert advice on Salesforce Analytics capabilities and their application to business challenges.
