Job Description:

Responsibilities

1. Serve as SME for data integration processes, functionality, and workflows.
2. Gather and document detailed business requirements for integration projects.
3. Develop high-level designs and workflows to support integration.
4. Collaborate with technical and functional stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions.
5. Assist in designing and implementing operational/system enhancements for effective production capabilities.
6. Act as liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure smooth execution.
7. Define project scope, strategy, deliverables, and recommend alternative solutions.

Must Have Skills

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in data integration, application configuration, and interface design.
2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
3. Experience with SQL, ETL, and other data technologies.
4. Hands-on knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.
5. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
6. Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Good to Have Skills

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience.
3. Understanding of AP systems like JD Edwards and their data structures.
4. Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio (or Lucid).
5. Experience in large enterprises with domestic and international locations.
6. Experience working with offshore or remote teams.
