Senior Specialist - Cloud Engineering

Role:  .NET Backend API Developer

Location Mexico CST

Must Have Skills

1. 5-8 years of hands-on experience in .NET, .NET Core backend development
2. Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core Web API
3. Proficiency in C# object-oriented programming and clean coding practices
4. Solid experience with SQL Server queries stored procedures functions performance tuning
5. Strong understanding of Entity Framework, Dapper  ORM frameworks
6. Experience designing modular scalable and secure backend services
7. Proficiency in debugging optimizing APIs and improving performance
8. Practical knowledge of unit testing frameworks xUnit, NUnit or MS-Test
9. Experience working in Agile Scrum teams and collaborating with frontend QA and product teams

Good to Have Skills

1. Knowledge of Azure services App Services Functions Key Vault SQL Managed Instance Service Bus
2. Familiarity with microservices and event driven architecture
3. Experience with CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps GitHub Actions or Jenkins
4. Understanding of API documentation tools Swagger, OpenAPI
5. Knowledge of Docker and containerizing NET applications
6. Exposure to logging monitoring frameworks Serilog ELK App Insights
7. Basic knowledge of frontend integration and API consumption patterns

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design develop and maintain scalable backend APIs using NETNET Core
2. Write clean testable and efficient code following best engineering practices
3. Build SQL queries optimize database performance and troubleshoot data issues
4. Integrate APIs with internal and external services securely and efficiently
5. Participate in code reviews technical discussions and architecture decisions
6. Work closely with frontend product and QA teams to deliver high quality releases
7. Analyze requirements estimate effort and ensure on time delivery
8. Monitor application performance and production issues proposing improvements
9. Maintain documentation for APIs data models and technical designs
