PMBA – Applications Specialist, Legal & Compliance Systems

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced PMBA – Applications Specialist to serve as a Legal and Compliance applications subject matter expert, supporting enterprise initiatives and system integrations. This role will focus on implementing and integrating business and technical processes, with primary emphasis on the Assured Partners integration.

The ideal candidate combines strong project management capabilities with business systems analysis expertise and a solid understanding of SaaS-based legal/compliance platforms such as Ironclad or other Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a Legal & Compliance applications SME, providing expertise in system functionality, processes, procedures, and governance.

Lead and support the implementation and integration of business and technical processes for enterprise initiatives, including Assured Partners integration.

Assist in designing and implementing operational and system enhancements to improve production efficiency and effectiveness.

Act as liaison between technical teams, functional stakeholders, vendors, and project management to ensure initiatives progress according to scope and timeline.

Define project scope, strategy, deliverables, and recommend alternative solutions when needed.

Gather, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements.

Validate proposed solutions with internal partners and ensure alignment with business objectives.

Coordinate project activities, prepare agendas, document meeting outcomes, and maintain action logs.

Establish and maintain project governance and knowledge management processes.

Ensure applications comply with corporate IT policies, including access controls and user management standards.

Evaluate SOC reports and vendor compliance documentation to identify and mitigate risks.

Support application configuration design and interface/integration efforts.

Collaborate with third-party vendors to implement and manage SaaS solutions.

Apply SDLC and project management methodologies to drive structured and compliant delivery.

Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Visio) for documentation, reporting, and tracking.

Required Qualifications

8–11 years of experience in technology project management and/or business systems analysis.

Experience supporting Legal and Compliance applications or enterprise SaaS platforms.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and project management methodologies.

Experience evaluating vendor compliance documentation (e.g., SOC reports).

Experience implementing SaaS solutions and managing third-party vendors.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Ironclad or other CLM platforms.

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of technology project support experience.

Understanding of Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management solutions.

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.

Experience working in large enterprise environments with domestic and international operations.

Experience collaborating with offshore or remote development/support teams.
