Sales Marketing Business Analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Provide user support for Sales Marketing teams particularly during key reporting periods
- Develop functional specifications gather user approvals conduct UATs and create requirements for production releases
- Conduct data analysis to support marketing campaigns sales performance tracking and market research
- Monitor and follow up on Customer Service Requests CSRs in collaboration with Business Relationship Managers BRMs
- Track and resolve tickets related to Sales Marketing applications and tools
- Create business requirements for global Sales Marketing teams
- Follow up support incidents to understand recurrent issues and implement permanent solutions
- Collaborate with and influence key internal and external business stakeholders
- Mentor junior analysts and support team members in their daily tasks
Requirements Qualifications
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills for engaging with upper management
- Ability to handle fluent and assertive conversations in English written and verbal
- Education Experience
- 2 years of experience in a Business Analyst role preferably related to Sales Marketing
- Experience with CRM platforms eg Salesforce HubSpot is a plus
- SQL Developer experience
- Proficiency in MS Office including Excel for data analysis
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Proactive selfstarter with a strategic and analytical mindset
- Fast learner with excellent interpersonal skills
- Serviceoriented approach with a focus on stakeholder collaboration
- PowerBi or Analytics tools desired
