This resource acts as an intermediary between the business and IT delivery teams supporting the B2B Integrations in the Commercial space for Mexico and Andean region Clarifying and translating business requirements into documentation and conceptual designs from which applications and solutions are implemented The analyst will collaborate with vendors and internal IT teams to ensure the delivery of technology solutions to enable business strategies.

• Gathering validating and documenting business requirements
• Modelling business processes and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Identifying issues risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outlining business impacts
• Creating functional specifications for solutions
• Mapping of EDIB2B specifications to ERP and vice versa according to technical and process implementation guide
• Simplifying information and translating technical language so it is easily understood by the whole team
• Implementing and testing of solutions
• Supporting business transition and helping to establish change
• Estimating costs and identifying business savings
• Experience in QAD ERP preferred EE version
• Experience in B2B Integrations
• Provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
• Collaborates closely with developers to implement the requirements
• Designs a project plan to manage and track the different customer integrations
• Monitors progress and results and manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up to date on project status
