Job Description

This role focuses on supporting the Workfront implementation and other Mar-Tech tools and driving adoption globally. The specialist will work closely with the Marketing Operations Product owner to ensure smooth marketing workflows, other communication to all stakeholders, and tracking progress on all tools owned by the team

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Marketing Operations Specialist supports the Marketing Operations team with the planning implementation optimization and maintenance of Workfront and connected tools using project management skills and inquisitive approach
  • Assist in the day-to-day team communication management and maintenance of Workfront
  • Ensure all communication channels are updated with the latest updates milestones and projects the Marketing Operations team are driving
  • Supports tracking implementation and delivery of existing and future projects within the appropriate deadlines to increase the general productivity and drive efficiencies for GEHC
  • This will include coordinating tools and global teams within the marketing organization to deliver projects on time and with a consistent level of quality
  • Oversee multiple concurrent projects across various team ensuring alignment with business objectives metrics and communication plans
  • Develop and implement structured project plans defining clear objectives deliverables milestones and reporting metrics
  • Ensure accountability and track progress to maintain project momentum and meet deadlines
  • Establish and monitor project schedules adjusting as needed to address changes and challenges
  • Presenting and sharing updates to our different stakeholders globally
  • Lead cross-team meetings to provide updates clarify expectations and bridge communication gaps
  • Proactively identify obstacles conflicts or scope changes and adjust plans accordingly
  • Work closely with Marketing leadership to resolve challenges ensure smooth project execution and create a positive feedback system to keep everyone aware of project successes
  • Assess and refine project management tools workflows and structures to improve efficiency
  • Analyze project outcomes to identify areas for optimization and implement best practices
  • Resource Allocation Assign and monitor resources to optimize project efficiency and maximize deliverables Ensure team members are aligned with project objectives and have the necessary support to succeed
  • Reporting and Escalation Report project outcomes and risks to appropriate leadership channels providing regular updates on project status Escalate issues as needed according to the project work plan

 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of project management marketing communication or related field
  • Demonstrated project management success on technology or digital projects
  • Demonstrated strategic and planning skills
  • Proven fiscal accountability and responsibility on projects
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Works well independently and collaboratively
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully
  • Ability to adhere to timelines and meet deadlines
  • Ability to collaborate with other teams to accomplish projects
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools methodologies and best practices
  • Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas effectively
  • Good storyteller using PowerPoint
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Proven success in working with all levels of management
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing best practices
