Job title: QA Lead (Kafka, MicroServices)

Duration: Fulltime

Job Requirement:

Real-time Testers - Kafka, MicroServices, Tibco

• 15+ years of Hands on experience in Realtime and API testing
• Lead and grow high performance technical teams to innovate and execute both short-term and long-term project goals.
• Identify new business opportunities with new and existing customers, match customer needs with department capabilities, lead/contribute to proposal teams to generate responsive and competitive proposals.
• Experience on Kafka/Tibco/MicroServices real time Testing
• Strong knowledge in SQL queries
• Exhibit a good understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Utilize open source tools or develop custom scripts for automating tests to validate software products involving both back-end processing systems and Web-based GUIs.
• Execute functional, integration, regression, performance, and resiliency tests for multiple applications/subsystems
• Should have root cause analysis skills, able to quickly analyze and interpret
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Automation experience for End to End Validation
• Strong team player
• Flexibility and an open attitude to change.
• Problem solving skills with the ability to think laterally, and to think with a medium term and long term perspective
• Ability to learn and quickly get familiar with a complex business and technology environment

Nice to Have:

• ETL/ Data Testing Experience
• Cucumber and Selenium
• Testing experience on back-end data processing applications – experience/working knowledge on Linux systems.
• Agile methodologies
