An Azure Cloud Presales Architect bridges sales and technology by designing tailored Azure solutions to meet client business objectives Key duties include leading customer workshops developing architectural proposals providing cost estimations ROM and delivering technical presentations They ensure solutions are secure scalable and aligned with Azure best practices Enterprise Architect designs secures and manages scalable Azure infrastructure aligning technology with business goals They define cloud strategy implement governance manage hybrid cloud migrations and optimize costs Key roles require Expertise in IaaSPaaS CICD pipelines DevOps and IaC tools acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders designs deploys and manages scalable secure and resilient Azure cloud environments They translate business requirements into technical blueprintscovering networking security and storagewhile guiding migration from legacy systems Key tasks include optimizing cost ensuring high availability and automating infrastructure using IaaC tools

Core Responsibilities

Solution Design Shaping Creating highlevel technical designs HLD and defining Azure infrastructure PaaS and DevOps strategies eg Azure DevOps Terraform

Client Engagement Acting as the technical lead in sales meetings leading workshops and conducting presentations

RFPRFI Response Developing technical proposals Statements of Work SOW and cost estimations ROM

Proof of Concept PoC Designing and running PoCs to demonstrate value

Cloud Strategy Assisting clients with migration strategies and hybrid cloud adoption

Architectural Design Create review and maintain secure scalable and resilient Azure cloud infrastructure including multitenant and geodistributed systems

Strategy Governance Develop Azure adoption roadmaps establish governance frameworks landing zones subscriptions and ensure compliance with security policies

Migration Implementation Guide the migration of onpremise infrastructure and applications to Azure utilizing Infrastructure as Code IaC tools

Optimization Monitor and optimize infrastructure for costeffectiveness performance and reliability

Stakeholder Management Collaborate with technical teams vendors and business leaders to define document and execute technology strategies

Architecture Design Designing secure resilient and scalable data solutions including hybrid environments using services such as Azure Synapse Analytics Data Lake Storage and Azure SQL

Data Strategy Governance Developing data governance strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations

Migration Implementation Creating and executing migration plans to move onpremises systems to Azure

Collaboration Working with stakeholders data engineers and analysts to define requirements

Infrastructure Design Create and document detailed architectural designs for Azure InfrastructureasaService IaaS and hybrid solutions compute networking storage

Migration Modernization Lead onpremises to Azure migrations and modernize legacy systems using cloudnative solutions

Required Skills Qualifications
