Associate Principal - Quality Engineering

Location: Mandatory to go to Saudi

Pega Test Lead Designation: Pega Test Lead Experience: 8-10 Years Skills: - Test automation on PEGA modules, Scrum / Agile Environment, Roles & Responsibility: - • Experience 6-8 Years • Would be required to prepare test specifications based on project documentation and carry out test execution independently • Reporting progress on allocated activities at agreed frequency within project team • Coordinating / communicating with various stakeholders for performing day 2 day testing related activities • Actively participate in the QA process enhancements • Constantly updating knowledge of Pega and related technologies • Ensures all Pega projects align with the Pega Best practices, business and IT strategies • Ensures adoption of design Best Practices, Class structure re - use, Pega tools for Direct Capture of Objective, provide staff enablement, guidance, testing strategy Compensation and Benefits. • Experienced on customized solutions within Pega platform to support critical business functions and meet Testing objectives • Hands on knowledge on Pega environment, especially related to customized applications, roles / Operators / process workflows Ability to set application configurations and create test data sets Mandatory skills: • Excellent in preparation of test specification and test execution based on requirement / design documentations and should be able to work independently • Experience in working with Pega Project Management Framework / Test Management Framework (PMF / TMF) • Good knowledge on BPM / Case Management / Order Management • Confident in interacting with different stakeholders e.g. Project Manager / Business Analyst / Design / Development / testing team while carrying out day to day responsibilities • Experience working in a Scrum / Agile environment and solid foundation in software testing practices (2 Years) • Should be able to identity testing related risks, articulate assumptions & dependencies • Should have good exposure test processes and able to prepare / collate data points for various test matrices Able to work with co - located project team Good to Have / Optional Skills: • PEGA Certification e.g. CSA/CCSA would be a plus • Candidates with System Integration / End 2 End Testing experience in PEGA • Exposure to test automation on PEGA modules
