Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location: Houston, TX

Roles and responsibilities:
 

• 8+ years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
• Atleast 10+ years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
• Hands-on experience in implementing ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, etc.
• Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc
• Good understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs, workflows, import sets, transform maps, bi-directional integrations via REST & SOAP, etc.
• Experience in MID server setup along with configuring integrations with 3rd party systems for data population & alert monitoring
• Must participate in build activities and conduct peer reviews and technical validation
• Document technical details and release notes
• Work on bug fixes and core platform developments

Certifications :

• ServiceNow Administration certification
• ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification(ITSM, Discovery, Service Mapping +various tracks)
