Job Title: Senior Specialist - Cloud & Infra Management

Work Location: Houston, TX

 

Job Description

  • Knowledge of AD, AZURE AD & managing and troubleshooting Windows 10,11
  • Device Lifecycle management and reporting.
  • Hands-On Knowledge of Intune with Device configuration and Compliance management.
  • Autopilot provisioning using Intune.
  • Device patch management using SCCM and Intune.
  • Support with creating, editing, and maintaining user accounts, permissions, and passwords in Office365/Azure.
  • Managing and ensuring availability of O365 services like MS Teams, Exchange Online (email, calendar, tasks), O365 Administration using Office365 Admin Console and Office365 Command Shell.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Mail-flow, Shared Mailbox, Distribution List, User Mailbox, Anti-spam, Anti-malware, Security and compliance.
  • Develop and document best practices for supporting the Office 365 application and assist with developing appropriate support model.
  • Write and maintain custom scripts (PowerShell) to remediate issues to support users.
  • Extensive experience and skill in the use of PowerShell to report on and manage O365 services.
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft modern workplace and O365.
  • Must have good knowledge of Azure AD, Intune, and related technologies.
  • Good knowledge of network concepts (e.g., TCPIP, Windows/Mac Networking, Wireless, Ethernet)
  • ITIL Foundation.
