Job Description

Job Role: Technical Architect 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experienced in end to end ServiceNow implementation and integrations with other 3rd party platforms.
• Experienced in leading solution designs & implementation of complex ServiceNow projects. Familiar with playing the Architect role.
• Working experince in various ServiceNow modules mainly ITSM & CSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.
• Minimum 10-14 years working experience with ServiceNow platform playing different roles such as developer, consultant, architect, in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment.
• At least 14-16 years of experience in the IT Industry Experience
• Working knowledge of cloud scripting languages preferably JavaScripts, JSON.
• Hands-on experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems like AD, SCCM, Monitoring tools, Cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, B2B etc
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Extensive understanding of REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub concepts, OAuth 2.0, etc.
• Client Side and Server-Side Scripting i.e. Catalog Client Script, Business Rules, Script Actions, Script Includes, etc.
• Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, GlideRecord, etc.
• Should be able to design intelligent integration solutions for reusability
• Excellent time management, organizational skills, crisis management and problem-solving skills are essentials
• Good oral and written communication skills Strong analytical, teamwork and customer engagement skills
• Must be willing to teach and share all knowledge with team members and other operational teams

Certification :

• ServiceNow Administration certification (Must Have)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation specialist (Various Tracks) (Must Have)
• Other industry certifications for integration technologies (Good to have)
• ServiceNow Master Architect Certification (Good to have)
• Agile Certifications

Required Skills -

• Good understanding of CSM & ITSM •Good understanding of ServiceNow Platform features such as Predictive Intelligence, Virtual Agent, Performance Analytics, etc. •Good Integration technology knowledge
• Good understanding of programming languages - JS, Java, Python and other industry technologies
• Reporting, Analytics & Dashboards
• Excellent understanding of Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, ACLs & Best Practices
• Notifications & Workflows
• Import Sets, Tranform Maps
• Agile Delivery, Scrum methodology
