Job Title: Principal Consultant

Work Location: Houston, TX

Job Description:

Responsible for consulting engagements in digital transformations related projects in O&G Upstream

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of experience of working in Upstream Operations related projects.

• Minimum 7 years of experience of using oil and gas reservoir and production operations related software applications – Prosper, GAP, Mbal, Wellflo, ReO, Pipesim, Eclipse

• Minimum 5 years of experience of working with O&G Upstream companies in one or more areas - digital transformation, digital oil field development and management, integrated asset management, predictive maintenance of surface and sub-surface equipment and change management.

• Good understanding of Industry 4.0, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Edge Technologies

• Understanding of data workflows and underlying IT and domain applications in upstream industry

• Ability to interact with business stakeholders of different levels within client’s organization and understand their business requirements

• Skillful in analyzing client’s as-is state and performing gap analysis to help client achieving their business objectives

• Excellent communicator with good experience of working in a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering

• Ability to travel 4 days per week within US

• Should be authorized to work in the US
