Specialist - Software Engineering

Job Description :

• We are actively looking for a talented and experienced dot net Technical Lead who can take the ownership, motivate and mentor the members of the team to deliver high quality output.
• Self-driven individual who can continuously challenging self and build high performing team.

Must have Skills :

• 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Application development with strong dotnet skills
• Strong knowledge and experience on JavaScript driven framework, SQL Server
• Experience on DevOps, system analysis and data analysis is plus
• Good experience in working in agile development methodology and mentoring team
• Experience working with geographically distributed teams
• Strong co-ordination skills with ancillary groups such as DevOps, Architecture Team and other support teams
• Demonstrates exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to lead a team size of 20+ resources, multi-task and work well under pressure

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Design reviews, code-reviews and work product review of the team
• Direct the team on effort estimation methods
• Design, build, deploy the software applications in close collaboration with customer stakeholders, dependent teams
• Manage scope, timelines and prioritization of requirements, working closely with product owners and business stakeholders
• Writing and developing code; conducting unit testing; communicating status and issues to team members and stakeholders.
