Job Description:

• Candidate should have very good experience in IBM - ODM and should be an expert in IBM - ODM.
• Candidate is expected to be from Java, Python back-ground.
• Candidate should be able to lead an existing team and bring the best out of the team.
• Candidate should be able to drive various strategic initiatives involving IBM - ODM, track them and report to senior management from the client side.
• Candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership skills and interpersonal skills as the candidate is expected to have a lot of interaction with client, take complete ownership of the strategic initiatives.
