Job Descriptions :

• Review & Monitor Incident reports
• Maintain daily call/multi-user issues
• Report generation of Pi devices into smaller groups for rollouts
• Implementation/Coordination of Pi Desktop Setup changes
• Implementation/Coordination of Pi deployments and versions
• Implementation/Coordination of Software Currency upgrades including Office, Adobe &Windows, etc.
• Desktop Maintenance & Support of Workstations, laptops, VMs, etc.
• Troubleshooting Desktop/Software issues (L2/L3)
• Automation & Scripting for Enterprise level deployment
• ISC functions to work with customers to help solve problems
• Review and guidance on the Support of Packaging specifications
• Managing Desktop Hardware/Software inventory & licensing
• Ownership for high priority service calls/incidents, drive resolution/escalation
• Provide strategic solutions to enhance the end-user experience, i.e., automatic reboots, clearing cache, Non-persistent VM
• SailPoint requests review and approval
