Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

 

Work Location: Hartford, CT (Hybrid – Onsite)   

 

Required Experience: 12 – 15 Years

 

Program Management Skills (Primary):

  • Mandate experience as Service Deliver Manager in Application Managed Service (AMS)
  • Delivery: Responsible for the planning and execution of project/ release activities Prioritization of tasks according to business needs
  • Capacity planning, allocation of tasks and activities, tracking and reporting.
  • Manage client, partners and other project stakeholders and handle risks and issues and take appropriate project related decisions.
  • Work with team located across shores in successfully delivering the project Ensure escalation processes are followed to swiftly alert all the project stakeholders to risks or issues in the project and ensure appropriate actions are taken Plan and implement improvements through process changes and through tools and methodologies promised by LTI to the client.
  • Regularly report the project status to stakeholders Member
  • Provide direction and instructions to members to work on the project Implement and maintain a member skills matrix Take care of training needs in line with project requirements Team coordination and internal conflict resolution Skills.
  • Candidate should have 12 to 15 years of experience, preferably in the Insurance domain.
  • Candidate should have good understanding of technology Exposure to different SDLCs, Strong oral and written communications skills Strong MS Office skills Must be available to work across international time zones.

 

Good to Have (Secondary):

  • Experience partnering with senior IT and Program leadership.

 

Soft Skills:

  • As this is an onsite role, must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Insurance Domain Knowledge
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
  • Requirement Review and Work Effort Estimation
  • Excellent communication skill both written / verbal.
  • Must have ability to work and interact with international customers independently.
  • Must have good analytical and logical thinking.
