2. Maintain and update production tables and rules

3. Maintain and manage the knowledge documentation on knowledge portal

4. Analyze and create support requests, provide requirements to IT

5. Create change controls and provide requirements to IT

6. Support regular functioning of reports and jobs in production and generate production issue tickets

7. Perform UAT for the changes and support requests created and provide go ahead to release in prod

8. Perform production checkout for changes performed by IT

9. Create periodic and adhoc reports for senior leadership

10. Provide support on need basis for production recoveries

11. Be point of contact for various functions within Travelers from Billing and Payments
