Job Title: Data Architect

 

Work Location: Hartford, CT

 

Required Experience: 12 – 17 Years

 

Technical Skills (Primary):

  • Strong conceptual understanding of the Insurity Data House Architecture.
  • Need to be proficient in writing SQL, PL/SQL code.
  • Need to have Strong ETL Designing and development skills using SSIS.
  • Experience in implementing CDC.
  • Need to analyze requirements and propose , create ETL designs and data pipelines.
  • Need to have Data Modeling skills performing data profiling.
  • Good to have project management skills to manage team priorities, status, and backlog tracking in tools like Jira.
  • Participates as technical expert in requirement & data analysis, development, coding, & testing
  • Experience in creating data mappings.
  • Should have work experience in Agile methodology.

 

Technical Skills (Secondary):

  • Experience in Business objects and Tableau.
  • Experience in insurance domain( Policy and claims)

 

Soft Skills:

  • Must have strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving techniques are needed.
  • Should work independently with multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Be Accountable by taking ownership of customer issues and responsibility for one’s actions.
