Job Description:

 

  • Around 8-12 years of experience in Life Annuity Insurance domain
  • Working knowledge on Insurance domain having experience working closely with the business users.
  • Working knowledge on ALIP platform and Product configuration is a MUST.
  • Understanding business user requirements and map the same to the solution or Product configuration being built.
  • This role will be responsible for working closely with the business users to understand their requirements translation of the requirements into Solution design and then coordinate with the developers to get the required solution delivered as per users expectations.
  1. Understanding user requirements and map the same to the solution being built.
  2. Facilitate requirements elicitation sessions with Business SMEs to define and drive out details of user stories functional testing scenarios and solution acceptance criteria.
  3. Creating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications.
  4. Ensure the Product delivery by the dev team is as per the agreed upon specifications
  5. Clear communication and ability to work with business users understanding their requirements and demonstration of the solution
  6. End to end experience of the project lifecycle with experience of testing the developed solution to ensure it meets requirements and expectations
