Associate Principal - Software Engineering

Detailed Job Description-

• 12+ years of strong hands on technical experience and atleast 4-5 years in latest version of ReactJS, Redux, Angular, NgRx, RxJS.

Experience in design and architecting front ending solutions and Design Patterns.

• Hands on experience in SpringBoot and Hibernate (J2EE)

• Hands on experience in HTML5, CSS3, JS libraries like Dojo, Bootstrap, JQuery, Angular Material.

• Exposure working in an agile development environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Knowledge of SVN/Git repository

• Knowledge of Agile & Automation is nice to have.

• Unit Test Knowledge, experience in using Jasmine and Karma or Jest.

• Good Communication and client facing experience.

• Provide technical direction to the development teams including hands-on development of POCs where appropriate

• Solid understanding of web-based authentication/authorization technologies (e.g. OAuth, JWT, SAML, and OpenID).

• Prior experience with SQL and relational databases like Oracle, MS SQL Server, etc.; and non-relational databases like MongoDB and Cassandra.

Experience in designing and creating RESTful webservices using NodeJS and ExpressJS

• Subject matter expert for Digital Integration technology to propose or influence architecture/solution.

• Leads team in delivering loosely coupled solutions adhering to standards and leveraging re-use of components.

• Identifies gaps in the Digital Accelerator tools functionality and provide solutions.

• Leads formal design reviews and participates in code reviews to ensure the detailed design specifications have been understood and coding standards have been adhered to by the development team(s).

• Drives teams to use appropriate opportunities to re-use component of the solution designs to reduce costs and shorten time to deliver solutions.

• Coaches less experienced team members on technical matters and solution design methodologies.

• Detail oriented individual with good time management and organizational skills"
