Business Analyst Scrum Master Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience on below roles responsibilities: - Coordinating between Customer BA team and Providers onsite and offshore project teams to help them understand and comprehend business requirements and decisions, approvals and scope management as provided the Project BA team. a. Analyze business processes and systems, identify inefficiencies and or required controls, document procedures, track key Performance Indicators b. Collaborate with internal and external customers to elicit their business concerns and develop workable solutions c. Participate in planning initiatives, feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, and new systems design d. Work with QA team to prepare test scenarios and data e. Document and manage business and functional requirements f. Create, extract, and modify ad-hoc and standardized reports based on financial and operational data as needed to support activities of the company g. Possess a thorough understanding of data, sources of data, and relationships of data in order to generate meaningful information for management and others throughout the company h. Participate in the creation of a catalog of key Performance Indicators and the documentation of their supporting business requirements, data models, calculation rules, and metadata i. Lead system feasibility studies, cost benefit analyses, and new systems design j. Gather and drive stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, Development, and testing phases k. Translate stakeholder requirements into various documentation Deliverables such as functional specifications, use cases, workflow process diagrams, data flow data model diagrams l Provide data and analyses in a timely manner, and verify the accuracy of data analyses produced by self or others m. Create special ad-hoc reports, database queries, and status reports n. Advanced knowledge of technologies relevant to the engagement o. Advanced knowledge of SDLC methodology and UML p. Advanced proficiency in analytical, project planning, negotiating, interpersonal, and communication skills written and oral q. Ability to perform cost-benefit analysis, trending, forecasting, and financial analysis
