Your Role     

Visa & Immigration Executive- 1 Position

Your Team

Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)

• Good knowledge on immigration requirement for various embassy/Consulates.
• Good knowledge on compliances associated with respective visa class
• Hands on experience in H1B/ L1B & GC process (In-house & Attorney process)
• Hands on experience in Excel
• Receive all documents from employee, validate and file post completing pre-requisites
• Effective coordination with attorney & other internal /external teams.
• System savvy, ensure date is updated and MIS/Dashboards are maintained.
• Good knowledge of  Excel/ PowerPoint
• Meet given targets in given timelines.
• Ensure internal systems are followed and immigration tool is updated  with real time visa status
• Timely response to the queries from employees / BU/ Internal teams
• Travel clearance
