Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable and flexible solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and Power Apps.

2. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing to meet business requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom development as needed.

3. Development: Develop custom plugins, workflows, business rules, and client-side scripts using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps.

4. Power Apps Development: Design and develop canvas apps and model-driven apps using Power Apps, integrating with Dynamics 365 and external systems to automate processes and enhance user experience.

5. Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Apps with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

6. Data Migration: Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

7. Testing and Deployment: Conduct unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of customizations and configurations, and manage the deployment of solutions across development, test, and production environments.

8. Documentation: Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment instructions to support the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps solutions.

9. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 and Power Apps functionality, customizations, and best practices.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365, Power Apps, and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

 

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a D365 and Power Apps Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and Power Apps platform architecture, customization, and development.

- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.
