As a Solution Architect in the Data & Analytics (DnA) ESG and Sustainability Advisory in the Mindtree Consulting group you will contribute to the development of the practice’s sustainability and ESG offering.


Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Working with business and IT leaders to develop and refine ideas for integrating predictive and prescriptive analytics within business processes.
  • Developing and refining prototypes and proofs of concepts and presenting results to business and IT leaders.
  • Participating in data analysis, generating and testing working hypothesis, preparing and analyzing data, identifying patterns and applying statistical methods to formulate solutions to business problems.
  • Assisting the DnA ESG and Sustainability leadership in expanding the Sustainable IT offerings related to the optimization and / or energy reduction in IT infrastructure and design


Required Qualifications 

  • Degree in computational mathematics, computer science, climate tech, or related degree
  • TOGAF certification or equivalent demonstratable business experience
  • A strong understanding of one or more of these topics: renewable energy, green data centre design, low-code no-code, energy conservation in blockchain proofs
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to work in a divisionally structured team environment, as well as independently
  • Ability to enjoy working with people while being an effective communicator
  • Good conflict resolution skills, listening skills, and exceptional problem-solving skills
  • Experience with data analysis software for large scale analysis of structured and unstructured data.
  • Solid experience with data mining, statistical modeling tools and underlying algorithms.
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in concise and actionable manner.


Preferred Qualifications 

  • Climate science-related and/or ESG-related certifications (TCFD, SBTi, GARP...)



Bachelor’s Degree [Technology preferred] and equivalent work experience.


Work Location – Use as appropriate:

  • Remote w/ light travel Less and 10%. Anticipate once or two a month
