Job Description:

• Incident Resolution
• VIP Creation EPG Creation

- Firewall Request
- DNS Creation
- Troubleshooting
- Decommission of Firewall Rules
- VIPs Cleanup
- Adding Routes for New Subnets
- Guidance through ask for help requests to users/other teams

• Experience in Citrix NetScalar, Alteon and Big5
• Ready to work in 24/7 environment with rotational shifts
