Job Description:

 

Responsibilities:

1. Customization and Configuration: Design, customize, and configure Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements, leveraging out-of-the-box functionality and custom development as needed.

2. Development: Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365.

3. Data Migration: Design and implement data migration strategies to migrate data from legacy systems into Dynamics 365, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

4. Integration: Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, and middleware solutions to enable seamless data flow and process automation.

5. Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing, system testing, and integration testing of customizations and configurations, and manage the deployment of solutions across development, test, and production environments.

6. Documentation: Create technical documentation including design specifications, configuration guides, and deployment instructions to support the implementation and maintenance of Dynamics 365 solutions.

7. Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on Dynamics 365 functionality, customizations, and best practices.

8. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on the latest developments and best practices in Dynamics 365 and related technologies, and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Developer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of Dynamics 365 platform architecture, customization, and development.

- Proficiency in programming languages and technologies such as C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and SQL.

- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) is a plus.

- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Certification in Dynamics 365 (e.g., MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer) is preferred but not required.

 

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.  Depending on the position offered, other forms of compensation may be provided as part of overall compensation like an annual performance-based bonus, sales incentive pay and other forms of bonus or variable compensation.

Min Salary:  $60/Hr
Max Salary:  $65/Hr
