Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detailoriented Business Analyst to support our Asset Rationalization program The successful candidate will lead the operations and activities of the Decommission Factory ensuring that asset decommissioning is completed from both a technical and governance standpoint This role requires strong analytical skills proficiency in Excel Power BI and PowerApps and the ability to create impactful presentations for various stakeholders

Key Responsibilities

Lead the operations of the Decommission Factory ensuring asset decommissioning processes are executed effectively and in compliance with governance standards

Provide support for multiple asset portfolios maintaining constant communication with senior members of the Client Technology CT teams and business stakeholders

Analyze business processes related to asset management and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance operational efficiency

Utilize Excel for data analysis reporting and visualization to support decisionmaking related to asset rationalization

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide insights into asset decommissioning progress

Create and manage applications using PowerApps to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency in Asset Management

Prepare and deliver compelling PowerPoint presentations that communicate findings recommendations and strategies to stakeholders at various levels within the organization

Participate in meetings with stakeholders across multiple locations ensuring alignment and understanding of project goals and priorities

Work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing competing priorities and adapting to changing demands

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role

Strong proficiency in Excel including advanced functions and data manipulation

Experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting

Familiarity with PowerApps for application development

Excellent presentation skills with the ability to create engaging PowerPoint presentations tailored to diverse audiences

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on datadriven decisionmaking

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment demonstrating flexibility and teamwork

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience engaging with stakeholders at various organizational levels

Knowledge of additional data analysis tools or programming languages eg SQL Python is a plus
