Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Overview

We are looking for a skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. This role will focus on building and executing automated tests using our internal tool Scriptless, while also supporting manual testing for our React and Angular applications. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain working‑hour overlap with our Eastern Time teams to ensure smooth collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Manual Testing

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Scriptless (internal automation tool).
• Perform manual testing when required to ensure full test coverage.
• Test React and Angular applications for functionality, usability, and performance.

Collaboration & Agile Delivery

• Work closely with Developers, Business Analysts, and Scrum Masters to understand business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Provide continuous feedback on quality and testability throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation & Reporting

• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and other test documentation in Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Contribute to improving QA processes and automation frameworks.

Work Alignment

• Maintain working-hour overlap with the Eastern Time Zone to support team communication and collaboration.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in QA automation and manual testing.
• Strong experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
• Proficiency in testing modern web applications built with React and Angular.
• Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) for test case management and defect tracking.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Flexibility to align working hours with Eastern Time.
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
