This resources specializes in data visualization and reporting As a subject matter expert you will play a pivotal role in identifying reporting requirements and spearheading the development and improvement of reporting mechanisms for both management and stakeholders Your responsibilities will extend to leading customer and advocatecentric projects rooted in data insights to optimize advocate and customer empowerment This role requires a strong blend of analytical prowess project management skills and a customercentric mindset to drive impactful outcomes through datadriven initiatives

Data Analysis and Insights

Collect and analyze data from various sources to identify trends patterns and actionable insights

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into datadriven solutions

Provide recommendations based on data findings to improve processes optimize resources and enhance decisionmaking

Data Visualization and Reporting

Developimprove dashboards and reports using tools like PowerBl and by partnering with other CSS BI teams including automation and Al teams

Present data insights to project stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Use visualizations to track project progress and highlight key performance indicators

Program Management

Identify high priorityimpact projects

Perform standard and ad hoc analysis of data

Communicate insights to stakeholders

Generate automated insights reporting and monitoring

Lead data and customer improvement programs including

Scoping business problems
