Work Scope:- Provide phone support creating new service cases/tickets and reporting current status of cases pending resolution by Microsoft customers, escalating when requested. Interact with engineering support teams is a key element when performing this function as you serve as the front end, client facing portion of the support chain.

In broad terms, the role of the Customer Service Technical Router is to serve as a customer connection asset that:-

•Provides top level customer service to Microsoft clients Technical Support entitlement, case creation and case routing.

•Increases customer confidence and trust in Microsoft and positively affects satisfaction as well as purchase behaviour.

•Builds emotional connections through Microsoft branded customer experience.

•Strengthens Microsoft’s operational capabilities to deliver superior customer and partner experiences.

•Delivers a consistent and predictable customer experience.

Qualifications and Education Requirements:-

•Business Experience: 0-3 years’ experience as CSR Technical Representative or Support Services

•Certification requirements if applicable:

oPreferred, but not required, MCP or MCTS Certified in at least one of the current supported Microsoft Operating Systems according to the product Life Cycle

•Education:

oPreferred, but not required, students of computer science or related area with some experience in systems development, network operations, software support or I.T. with Microsoft Desktop and Server products in Enterprise environment.

•A very strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a good understanding of maintaining your own workstation/equipment is required.

•The ability to use Microsoft Office Products, Outlook, Word, Excel, is highly desired.

•Stable, fast internet connection from home is desirable.

•Must be able to troubleshoot and diagnose own system issues providing first line self support.

Min Salary:  50000
Max Salary:  55000
