  Seeking a Senior Specialist PLSQL Developer with 7 to 11 years of experience specializing in MS SQL Server Flexcube technical PLSQL performance tuning and shell scripting

  Job Description 

  Design develop and optimize complex PLSQL queries and stored procedures to support business applications Perform performance tuning and query optimization on MS SQL Server and Flexcube environments to ensure efficient data processing Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation of database tasks and batch processing Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions Troubleshoot and resolve databaserelated issues to maintain system stability and performance Ensure adherence to coding standards best practices and documentation for all database development activities Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers Stay updated with the latest database technologies and industry trends to continuously improve processes

Roles and Responsibilities 

    Lead efforts in PLSQL performance tuning to enhance application responsiveness and scalability Manage and support MS SQL Server databases ensuring high availability and data integrity Develop and implement shell scripts to automate routine database operations and monitoring tasks Work closely with business analysts and application developers to understand data requirements and deliver robust solutions Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the PLSQL Developer team Conduct root cause analysis for production issues and implement corrective actions Participate in database design reviews and contribute to architecture decisions Ensure compliance with security policies and data governance standards
