As we continue expanding our Cloud and Modern Workplace capabilities across enterprise clients we are seeking experienced Windows 365 Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktop AVD Engineers Architects to support largescale digital workplace transformation initiatives

In this role you will design deploy and manage enterprise virtual desktop environments enabling secure scalable and highperformance cloudbased enduser computing platforms for global organisations You will work across modern Microsoft technologies including Windows 365 Azure Virtual Desktop AVD Intune Microsoft Entra ID and advanced endpoint management platforms helping organisations modernise their workplace environments and deliver secure hybrid work solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement Windows 365 Cloud PC and Azure Virtual Desktop AVD architectures aligned with enterprise user personas and business requirements

Lead the deployment configuration and optimization of virtual desktop environments across Azure Citrix VMware and Microsoft AVD platforms

Plan and manage platform prerequisites including Microsoft Entra ID Intune networking licensing and identity management

Develop and manage Cloud PC provisioning policies user onboarding and license assignments

Automate infrastructure and endpoint provisioning using PowerShell Intune and scripting frameworks

Create and maintain custom images and image lifecycle management for Cloud PC and AVD environments

Configure device groups application deployment configuration profiles and endpoint security policies in Intune

Implement enterprise security controls including Conditional Access MFA SSO Microsoft Defender and security baselines

Monitor platform performance capacity and service health across virtual desktop environments

Troubleshoot provisioning connectivity login and performance issues across Cloud PC and AVD environments

Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across delivery teams for complex virtualization programs

Develop operational documentation runbooks and knowledge transfer materials to support ongoing operations

Required Skills Experience

5 years of experience in Endpoint Management EUC or Virtual Desktop Infrastructure roles

Strong handson expertise with Windows 365 Cloud PC Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra ID

Deep knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop AVD Citrix or VMware virtualization platforms

Experience designing and implementing enterprisescale VDI solutions

Strong scripting and automation capability using PowerShell

Experience working with enterprise networking identity and security frameworks

Strong troubleshooting and operational support capability across complex environments

Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate technical solutions clearly

AZ104 Microsoft Azure Administrator

MD102 Endpoint Administrator

SC900 Security Compliance Identity Fundamentals

Experience with Citrix VMware CVAD or advanced virtualization platforms

Experience with Terraform InfrastructureasCode or automation frameworks

Japanese Native across Japan or from other part of the world with bilingual Japan English
