Job Title: Business Analyst

 

Work Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – Onsite)

 

Required Experience: 03+ Years

 

Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Gathering Collaborate with stakeholders including brokers clients and internal teams to gather and document business requirements
  • Functional Analysis Analyze and translate business requirements into functional specifications ensuring they align with the portal's goals and objectives
  • User Stories and Use Cases Create user stories use cases and process flows to capture the end-to-end user journey and system interactions
  • Feature Prioritization Work with stakeholders to prioritize website features functionalities and enhancements based on business value and customer needs
  • UI UX Collaboration: Collaborate with UI UX designers to ensure the portal's user interface and user experience meet industry standards and user expectations
  • Data Analysis Analyze and define data requirements including data sources data transformations and reporting needs for the portal
  • Quality Assurance Define test cases and collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure the portal's functionality is thoroughly tested and meets quality standards
  • Change Management Support change management processes to facilitate a smooth transition during portal updates and improvements
  • Documentation Maintain detailed documentation of business requirements use cases and functional specifications
  • Stakeholder Communication Provide clear and effective communication to stakeholders ensuring a shared understanding of project progress and outcomes

 

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Information Technology or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably in web portal or web application projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Understanding of the insurance or brokerage industry is a plus
