• Proficiency in Azure IaaS and PaaS technologies modules and services
• Should have knowledge of Azure Storage Backup and Networking
• Knowledge of Single Sign On Azure Site Recovery Identity Access IAM
• Good understanding and Practical handson experience on Application Gateway Configuration and troubleshooting
• Should have understanding and handson Experience in MS SQL Server Webapps CDN and AD authentication Azure Key Vaults VSTS CICD Pipeline etc
• Good understanding on Azure Kubernetes and Service Fabrics
• Strong knowledge on Container Registry Windows Azure Enterprise Service Bus
• Ability to ramp up on new technologies quickly and effectively
• Knowledge of methods of integration between onpremises and cloud solutions to meet customer requirements
• Ability to work with team as team player and support system reliability availability scale and performance activities
• Good Communication and Customer focus and requirement understanding
• Has worked in 247 operations environment
• Has exposure to Operations managing Service request Incident and change management tools such as Service Now
• Has exposure to global client facing role
• knowledge on JSON templates Visual Studio and PowerShell Scripting Knowledge of open source technologies especially running in Azure
• Administration and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Azure Windows servers
• Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills Excellent interpersonal skills
• Understand the design implementation roadmap for DR IAAS PAAS environments on Azure Evaluate high level cost of migration able to select right environment and right size VMs
• Ability to understand and Troubleshooting Knowledge of Azure PlatformasaService resources like Azure SQL Webapps Application Gateway CDN and AD authentication etc
• ITIL Knowledge Has skills to work and manage ITSM Related tasks on ticketing tool such as ServiceNow
• Create SOPs and work instructions for the team to help in seamless task execution and knowledge adaptation
