Associate Director - Program & Project Management

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engagement Lead to join our team in Brazil The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Portuguese have a strong background in both technical and functional leadership and possess a deep understanding of AGILE methodologies This role requires working in overlap with the US CST time zones and prior experience with Indian IT vendors is desirable

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring strong and positive relationships throughout the project lifecycle

Lead and manage project teams to deliver exceptional service and meet project objectives

Oversee the implementation of services and ensure that contract terms and conditions are met

Manage financial aspects of contracts including invoicing and billing

Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling to clients through Delivery Led engagements

Address client issues promptly and efficiently

Collaborate with Delivery Leads at US and India

Prepare and present reports on project performance to stakeholders

Ensure alignment with AGILE methodologies and best practices

Provide technical and functional leadership to project teams

Work in overlap with the US CST time zones to ensure seamless communication and collaboration

Leverage prior experience with Indian IT vendors to enhance project delivery

Assist in talent fulfillment Conducting round 2 Interviews based on client requirement

Qualifications

Bilingual in English and Portuguese

Located in LTIM Brazil Office

AGILE Certified Desirable

15 years of overall experience in the IT industry

Strong technical and functional leadership skills

Proven experience in project management and client engagement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities

Prior experience working with Indian IT vendors Desirable
