Associate Director - Package Implementation

Responsibilities:

Will be the owner for all deliveries for the account

Will be responsible for account farming

Will need to manage and build strong customer relationship(CXO and leadership team)

Work closely internally with all practices to bring the right value to the account

Participate with sales and pre-sales on proposals and opportunities

Drive org level initiatives working with offshore PMs

Required skills and competencies:

Experience of managing medium to large size accounts

Mandatory - Oracle Fusion - Any module(Finance (GL, AP, AR, CM, EBTAX), HR/HCM,

Purchasing, Project Mgt., iExp) Functional/Technical to manage critical issues and escalations

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to engage with Business user and CXO level stakeholders

Experience in delivery management involving multiple PUs

Strong technical background to build solution, estimate and manage delivery teams effectively
